What the job involves
- As an early member of the EMEA Talent Team and one of the first on the ground in Dublin, you’ll own a portion of full-cycle recruitment across multiple teams (e.g. Sales, HR, Marketing, Legal and GTM Legal etc)
- You'll be given the autonomy and opportunity to be creative and build recruitment processes that will contribute to scaling our team and the long-term growth of Harvey
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies that align with our robust growth goals
- Proactively source and screen candidates using various methods, such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals
- Provide regular feedback to hiring managers and HR teams, and prepare recruitment reports and metrics for analysis
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
- Leverage recruitment data and metrics to enhance the hiring process, recognize patterns, and make well-informed decisions
- Actively work towards creating a diverse workforce by implementing inclusive recruitment practices

Hoping to help supercharge efficiency and productivity for legal teams, Harvey supplies generative AI that can assist with documentation, as well as aid research and optimize workflows.
Via natural language instructions, Harvey helps draft and analyze legal documents. It can also answer complex questions across large document sets, or even handle research queries that cover multiple domains in legal, regulatory and tax.
Its ability to support legal practitioners as if it's another member of the team is what makes Harvey particularly interesting. This approach has seen the company raise substantial funding, reaching Unicorn status in 2024. Funds are now being used to expand to new geographies, grow headcount and further collect and curate data to train more “domain-specific” AI models.
