What the job involves
- Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm (40 hours per week)
- We're looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our team. This isn't just an administrative role; it's a chance to be a guardian of quality and safety
- You'll be on the front lines, ensuring that every educator who walks into a classroom through our platform is fully vetted, qualified, and prepared to make a positive impact
- You'll be a key player on our Compliance team, using your sharp eye for detail to ensure we're adhering to all state, federal, and internal standards. This means you'll be:
- Reviewing and approving educator profiles to confirm all documentation is accurate, from background checks and references to immunizations and training certifications
- Assisting with background checks and regular compliance audits to maintain our high standards of safety
- Collaborating with a passionate team to develop and implement policies that protect students and schools
- Helping to build a culture of compliance across the entire organization, ensuring everyone understands the importance of our mission

Schools using the platform have reportedly saved 20-30% on supply cover costs.
On top of this, the company has also raised significant funding to support acquisitions in the UK and the US, plus the expansion of its operations and offering.
