- You excel at architecting, developing, and maintaining optimal cloud infrastructure that ensures stability, scalability, and performance
- You are passionate about solving real-time problems faced by our mission-critical cloud-native services and are dedicated to achieving the high quality and reliability our customers expect
- You document and clearly communicate your solutions, and you enjoy mentoring junior team members and sharing your knowledge with other engineers
- BS in Computer Science or Engineering
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (Python, Java)
- Experience in Unix/Linux systems administration and troubleshooting
- Experience in developing flexible, robust, and testable Infrastructure as Code modules
- Experience with CI/CD platforms for automating infrastructure, builds, tests, and releases
- Familiarity with observability tools (APM, logging, metrics)
- Experience designing operational management tools for SaaS/PaaS systems
- Proficiency with Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE)
- Experience in deploying and managing highly available multi-zone Kafka, Elasticsearch, and MongoDB clusters in large-scale production environments

- Implement cloud-native site reliability best practices
- Write clear, maintainable, and performant code
- Debug cloud-native distributed systems
- Educate and influence the engineering organization on new architectural patterns
- Provide comprehensive documentation for self-service
- Innovate, solve complex issues and enhance system scalability and security
- Deploy, automate, maintain, and improve backend infrastructure
- Develop, maintain, and enhance continuous integration infrastructure and services
- Review code and share best practices within the team
- Participate in on-call rotations
