Who you are
- Languages: Native German and fluent English
- Sales Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales or Account Management
- Industry Background: Experience in the Higher Education sector is a plus, however not a must. Experience with high-end products or services is beneficial
- Project Management: Proficiency in project management
- HubSpot: Experience in operating in HubSpot is a must
- Academic Experience: Academic experience is appreciated
- Team Player: Collaborative and enthusiastic team player
What the job involves
- We're seeking a Sales Manager to join our high-performance Admissions & Partnerships Team. As a Sales Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving our business growth within the higher education sector, with a focus on the DACH market
- End-to-End Sales Mastery: Take complete ownership of the lead conversion journey, leaving no stone unturned from the initial contact to successful enrollment, working closely with cross-functional teams
- Persuasive Advising: Execute courtesy, sales and follow-up calls, navigating conversations in both German and English. Offer well-informed guidance to prospects, helping them select the ideal program that aligns with their goals
- Hands-On Recruitment: Develop and execute highly targeted student recruitment strategies, harnessing market data to pinpoint and engage with potential candidates effectively
- Promotion & Education: Conduct informative sessions, meetings, and other events to trigger conversion or generate new demand
- Data Management: Maintain meticulous, real-time records within our CRM system (HubSpot) to ensure seamless processes across the entire sales funnel, leaving no lead unattended
- Diligent Follow-Up: Maintain meticulous follow-up procedures to ensure that prospects receive timely responses and assistance throughout their journey from initial contact to enrollment
- Ongoing Optimization: Regularly scrutinize and refine the sales approach in all communications. This includes written and verbal exchanges, aiming for continuous improvement of conversion rates
- Performance Analytics: Create and analyze reports to support admissions goals and refine strategies continually
- Goal-Oriented Execution: Assist in defining sales targets and KPI`s, and in developing and executing actionable plans to achieve these objectives effectively
- Customer Knowledge: Provide customer and market information to internal teams (Marketing, Learning, etc.)
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain customer relationships

Tomorrow's Education has based their strategy around market disruption. Entering the market as an alternative to conventional postgraduate study, they are targeting students who are hesitant to study at established institutions, which have many drawbacks.
