Who you are
- A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communication, or related field
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers and data
- A balance of analytical and creative thinking, able to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights or creative tests
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in suggesting improvements
- Curious, eager to learn, and passionate about digital marketing and growth

Desirable
- Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and/or Google Ads
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, HubSpot, and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Understanding of digital campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of A/B testing and campaign optimization
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Intern to join our marketing team and support the execution and optimization of our paid media strategy across multiple channels
- This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital growth marketing, learn from an experienced team, and make a real impact in a fast-moving scale-up environment
- As a Growth Marketing Intern, you’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and analyze digital campaigns that promote Kayrros products and initiatives
- You’ll be directly involved in managing our LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Twitter (X) campaigns, helping to monitor spend, optimize performance, and propose creative improvements to drive engagement and conversions
- You’ll also collaborate with the Product and Sales teams to help create and promote high-impact content, ensuring we have the right assets and messages for each campaign
- Manage and monitor ongoing LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Twitter (X) campaigns
- Track campaign performance, spending, and key KPIs daily
- Identify optimization opportunities in visuals, copy, and formats to improve ROI
- Support A/B testing initiatives and performance experiments
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on campaign strategy and content planning
- Work with the Product team to develop promotional content and creative assets
- Help maintain and update weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing performance reports
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for growth, awareness, and lead-generation initiatives
- Explore, test and evaluate new acquisition channels
- Learn directly from experienced marketers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Gain real-world experience in digital marketing, analytics, and growth strategy
- Contribute to impactful campaigns in the energy and climate intelligence sector
