Social Media Manager, Mirage

• This role requires someone who lives and breathes social, with a keen sense of what will perform, from YouTube tutorials to Reels to tweets
• You’re energized by the prospect of building a large audience across platforms
• 5+ years of professional experience successfully managing and growing a brand’s social media presence, with a focus on video-heavy channels like YouTube, Instagram (Reels), and TikTok
• You have experience switching between planning and execution work. This includes developing a strategy for various social channels, creating monthly or weekly content calendars, and executing against your own plan
• You’re organized, adept at juggling multiple tasks and priorities, and have a system to ensure things don’t slip through the cracks
• You have a strong aesthetic eye, are a strong writer, and exhibit solid editorial judgment. This translates to a talent for developing captivating content that aligns with our brand's identity
• You’re very much online and deeply understand internet culture and how to engage and create social trends
• You have a strong camera presence and experience creating content yourself
