Who you are
- Experience: Over 5 years of experience in international energy markets, with a demonstrated track record of success in product management roles, particularly within the Virtual Power Plant (VPP) domain
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically while managing the tactical details of energy operations, balancing short-term needs with long-term objectives
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and German, with the ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess situations and make informed decisions
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving positive change
- We require our Product Managers to be imaginative, enthusiastic, and willing to tackle new challenges as we strive to provide everyone with renewable energy technologies
What the job involves
- As a member of our Product Team, you play a pivotal role in a visionary and dynamic group committed to revolutionizing the global energy sector
- Product Leadership: Define a global customer-centric product vision and strategic roadmap for our VPP product portfolio, emphasizing market needs, regulatory compliance, business objectives, and technological advancements to leverage our portfolio’s flexibility and optimize Distributed Energy Resources (DERs)
- Product Operations: Deliver, maintain and optimize global products that create real value and solve meaningful customer problems. Define and analyze KPIs to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and drive profitability in our flexibility offerings
- Market Expertise: Identify and evaluate opportunities across International energy markets, understanding their regulatory landscapes, market dynamics, and revenue potential
- Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Work closely with developers and technical teams to translate market needs into actionable product requirements and deliver high-performing solutions
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders in the energy market to drive product adoption and market success
- Support Commercial Teams: Provide expertise to sales and marketing teams for successful product launches and market positioning

1KOMMA5°'s offerings include the energy manager "Heartbeat", a free-to-use platform that can be accessed on mobile, and helps users to make the most out of their self-generated electricity. The company is also building a group of experienced specialist companies that it aims to support in aiding the clean energy transition, not only by investing in them but by granting them access to its operational experience to help them further develop.
