Role
Who you are
- Our company fosters an international, collaborative, and vibrant culture, and we are looking for a proactive HR professional who has successfully built and maintained HR functions in similar settings
- 3-8 years of HR experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in fast-growing startups or dynamic work environments
- Extensive Talent Acquisition experience – you must have successfully sourced, recruited, and onboarded top talent across different departments
- Experience in office management
- Strong background in HR administration
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture an international startup culture, fostering engagement, collaboration, and employee satisfaction
- Experience in working closely with department heads to support their recruitment, people management, and organizational development needs
- Fluency in French and English is a must. Additional languages are an advantage
What the job involves
- We are an innovative and fast-paced startup, looking for an experienced HR Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment where adaptability and change are part of daily operations
- As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and managing our growing team
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from job postings to onboarding
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide solutions
- Coordinate office-related matters in collaboration with our partner companies
- Manage communal workspaces to ensure a productive and welcoming environment
- Assist in shaping and strengthening a dynamic, inclusive, and international startup culture
- Assist in the implementation of initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention
- Help organize team-building activities and company events
- Partner with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Run main HR processes and initiatives related to learning, talent development, performance
- For example: - Run Talent review process twice a year on Lucca
- Provide guidance and support to managers on people management and team dynamics
- Assist in performance management and employee development programs

Our take
Parisian Singulart aims to be the one-stop shop for people who are ready to invest in some upscale home decor. A large part of its pitch is built on its support for artists, with all the art and furniture listed on its site being the work of independent creators rather than mass-produced.
This means that every piece is unique, allowing the marketplace to stand out from many of its peers. Interestingly, it also boasts that half its artists are women, which is a rarity in the art world. It has partnerships with some more well-known artists, as well as operating a sister site - balthasart - for emerging creators.
Singulart has built a sizeable user base, and its gallery lists the work of thousands of artists and designers from over 100 countries. It has more recently implemented an AI search feature which allows users to find art by using natural language, and we're sure moves like this will cement its strong position in the art sales space.
