Who you are

0-12 months in a BDR/SDR role with a proven track record of high activity and attention to detail
An aptitude for driving external stakeholders to increased production while handling a high volume of daily activities
Organization and attention to detail is extremely important
Strong B2B technology sales acumen and drive for results in addition to customer service experience
Channel sales experience is also a plus
Exceptional critical thinking skills and ability to multitask
An adaptable mindset and ability to receive, process, and execute constructive feedback
Experience or familiarization with insurance tech products and platforms is a plus
Ability to secure your Life & Health license within 90 days of start date

What the job involves

Qualify leads within the CRM
Contact potential clients through a variety of means including, but not limited to cold calls, emails, and social media messages
Set up meetings between prospective partners and sales reps (Market Development Executives)
Stay up-to-date on products
Participate in sales meetings and pitch prospective partners on Beam’s products
