Who you are

3+ years of experience in BDR role within the SaaS industry
1+ year of people management experience
A university degree in a business subject or previous relevant experience in business development
A fast learner who is always looking to improve and grow. Passionate and driven to excel
Over 80% in quota achievement in 3 or more quarters, supporting a region and AEs as a BDR
Proficient in Salesforce, Outreach, Linkedin
Fluency in English (other languages French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Danish, Swedish are a plus)

What the job involves

We seek an eager and motivated Business Development Manager to coordinate functionally the North-West Europe Business Development team
This role is key to the success of the Sales organization
Your team is the main driver of connecting prospects with our sales team
Your job will be to grow and develop this team to become the cornerstone of growth
You’ll work closely together with the marketing and sales teams
Given the importance of this role you will have a direct reporting line to the general manager
Lead by example, and actively contribute to operational team results
Recruit, train, and lead the team of Business Development Representatives
Set clear goals and performance metrics for the team
Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and feedback to enhance individual and team performance
Develop and execute strategies to drive lead generation and pipeline growth
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align BDR efforts to overall business objectives
Implement and refine BDR processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Utilize technology and tools to streamline lead generation and tracking
Regularly review and update prospecting scripts and messaging
Monitor and analyze performance to ensure team targets are met
Provide regular reports on team and individual performance to leadership
Implement corrective actions as needed to address performance gaps
Foster strong collaboration with the sales to ensure a seamless handover of leads
Work closely with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and messaging
