Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Proven success organizing and coordinating schedules or events in a constantly changing environment

What the job involves

Coordinate a high volume of virtual interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency, across multiple business units and multiple time zones
Utilize our applicant tracking system, Lever, and also Google Calendar and Slack to coordinate interviews and track candidate pipeline
Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
