What the job involves

Starburst is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support several Executive leaders and help manage their day-to-day operations
You’ll manage complex calendars, coordinate meeting and events, and serve as a key partner in keeping priorities on track
Provide support for 2-3 key executives in our organization, managing complex priorities in a fast-paced environment
Manage executive calendars to keep their day prioritized and moving
Act as a point of contact for named executives, ensuring clear and timely communication
Arrange travel booking and accommodations for the leaders you support
Lead general operations such as expense reporting
Support local in-office presence by facilitating office events, managing supplies, and coordinating with building management where needed
Execute special projects for teams internally where support is needed
