Role
Who you are
- You have 1-2 years experience in B2C sales and/or customer facing roles
- You have a hunger for sales/leads hunting
- You are english native/fluent AND speak at least one other language at a professional level (Spanish, German, French, or Italian)
- You are highly enthusiastic: an all-star communicator, able to transmit your energy and personality into your telephone, written, online and face-to-face interactions
- You are ambitious: you love having a target to reach and exceed and are self-motivated to achieve results
- You are a people person and comfortable proactively contacting customers who have shown an interest in the WeRoad product
- You are sociable and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

What the job involves
- Sales, sales, sales: first and foremost, you’re primary task is hunting and converting leads through any means possible, performing both inbound sales activities as well as outbound ones
- You’ll be the point of contact for our WeRoaders and will be in contact with them through all major Sales channels (Facebook, Zendesk, Whatsapp, phone, and more)
- You’ll keep the sales process organized by maintaining and updating an efficient sales pipeline and record of interaction with customers
- You’ll be an expert on all of our adventures, able to give tailored advice to customers who are looking for support in finding and ultimately booking the perfect tour
- You’ll be the point person for pre and post tour operations and care
- You’ll support our WeRoaders in case of complaints or any kind of assistance

Our take
WeRoad was born from the desire to bring together people who want to discover the world in small groups. Each tour has a coordinator who already knows the destination, who takes care of the logistical aspects and invites the participants to get to known each other even before departure by creating a dedicated group on WhatsApp.
The company leverages hundreds of coordinators to allow travellers to reach destinations all over the globe. It stands out from other players in the tourism space in targeting small groups aged 25-35 and 35-45, interfacing directly with travellers, and enabling them to choose their own travel "mood", in order to live the best possible experience.
WeRoad currently operates in Italy, Spain and the UK, with plans for further international expansion. Its growth and success are exemplified by £100 million in revenue in 2024 alongside 200,000 customers and 103 countries booking with it. Its next growth phase will focus on new product innovations such as WeRoadX, thematic trip planning and Weekend Trip itineraries for the Spanish and Italian markets.
