Who you are

Fluency in German and English, being able to communicate technical problems to non-technical users in both languages
Professional experience with Office 365
Experience of MacOS/Windows troubleshooting
A good understanding of networking fundamentals TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP. Experience in any the following domains will also be beneficial, but not essential:

What the job involves

In this role you will provide high quality, 1st and 2nd line IT support in German and English, respond to support ticket & escalations, work on internal projects to help deliver an amazing user experience to your internal customers, facilitate the standardisation of internal processes and work to tight SLAs
You will be responsible for any in-house hardware service, support and maintenance in our ADAM Audio Berlin office
You will support a range of technologies, applications, debug technical / integration issues all while making sure that you keep our environment available & secure
