Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably in the technology industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing high-level channel partner relationships and driving significant revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop data-driven strategies for channel growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge strong partnerships and effectively manage conflict at the executive level.
- Experience with CRM and channel management software.
What the job involves
- Due to recent growth, we are hiring a VP of Channel Partnerships who will be responsible for developing new customer/partner relationships, as well as new business opportunities within the DexCare portfolio
- This is an individual contributor role, and will require a combination of full cycle sales, and collaborative joint sales with the Sales team
- 1) Develop and implement high-level strategies to expand and optimize our channel partner network, driving sales and revenue growth
- 2) Establish strong relationships with key channel partners, ensuring mutual success and commitment
- 3) Lead cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to create and execute channel partner programs and initiatives
- 4) Regularly analyze channel performance and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes at the executive level
- 5) Provide strategic guidance and support to channel partners to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- 6) Oversee partner agreements, contracts, and negotiations, ensuring compliance and alignment with company objectives
- 7) Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and solutions to potential partners
- 8) Monitor and report on partner performance to the executive team, providing strategic recommendations for growth
