What the job involves
- Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
- Become a subject-matter expert on FutureFit AI’s services, offerings, and community
- Manage the top of the funnel for FutureFit AI’s sales pipeline
- Gather, analyze, and present data and information from multiple sources to create reports that evaluate achievement of sales targets and objectives
- Define new processes and optimize existing workflows to ensure the Sales team consistently meets or exceeds its KPIs
- Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects
- Make contact with potential new customers across a variety of channels - phone, email, social, chat
- Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
