Director of Partnerships, Oura

• 10+ years in outward-facing commercial roles as an operator or a founder within health tech or health services, with a track record of closing high-impact deals
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and convert new markets or customer bases
• A robust network of decision-makers across health, wellness, and digital health ecosystems, and the credibility to leverage them
• Demonstrated success leading teams (both directly and in a matrix) toward ambitious commercial targets
• Outstanding communication skills: you translate complex concepts into crisp narratives for execs, partners, and cross-functional peers
• A driven, self-starting mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, energized by building from zero to one
• We value builders who combine high ownership with low ego, move fast, and sweat the details
• Location: SF, periodic travel (~20%) to key partners and company off-sites

• You’ll own the full partnership life-cycle, from sourcing and structuring deals to orchestrating flawless cross-functional execution with product, engineering, legal, and other relevant teams
• Source & qualify new strategic partnership opportunities across all key pillars of our product and ecosystem enhancing the value of Oura for our members
• Negotiate & close complex commercial agreements that unlock revenue, distribution, and strategic advantage
• Nourish & cultivate existing partnerships Oura has in place to make the most out of them in the long-term
• Rally the org—drive excitement and alignment across functions so launches land on time and exceed expectations
• Lead & mentor the partnerships squad as our headcount grows
