- Shape Winning Strategies: Develop, manage, and refine cutting-edge Collections and Recoveries strategies that set us apart. Your expertise will drive our success in mitigating losses and ensuring exceptional customer treatment in accordance with FCA rules and Yonder's high standards
- Financial Guardian: Be the champion of our portfolio, proactively identifying upcoming risks and swiftly implementing interventions to tackle cases involving bad debt. Your sharp insights and swift actions will be key in safeguarding our financial health
- Customer Advocate: Engage directly with customers, showing genuine empathy and understanding as they navigate challenging circumstances. Tailor sustainable solutions to their unique situations, empowering them to avoid, minimise, or recover from arrears. Your compassionate approach will make a lasting impact on their lives
- Data-Driven: Harness the power of data to unlock valuable insights, make informed decisions, and continually enhance operational efficiency in collections and member management. Your keen eye for trends and data-driven decision-making will drive our success
- Collaborative Relationship Builder: Manage relationships with collections outsourcers, debt purchasers, and debt collection agencies (DCA's). - Documenting Excellence: Document policies, processes, and procedures for Collections & Recoveries, providing clear guidelines for operational excellence. Your attention to detail and structured approach will create a strong foundation for our success
Application process
- Stage 1: Hiring manager call (30 mins):
- We'll have an initial Zoom call with you to find out more about you and to tell you more about us
- Stage 2: Face-to-face or zoom interview (2 hours):
- We’ll run through three 60-minute interviews to learn more about how you work. This will also be a great opportunity for you to meet the rest of the team - so it would be great if you could come to the office for this stage. Interviews will be structured as follows:
- Experience interview: We’ll deep dive into your CV and talk about your past experiences & your technical knowledge
- Values interview: We want to learn more about how you work - we’ll ask you questions related to our principles (Our DNA)
- Stage 3: Case Interview (60 min)
- We'll work through a live case study during this interview to go over your technical skills. This will be in person, especially if we didn't get to meet you in - person for stage 2
