Who you are

Strong product acumen with 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in product management
Repeated experience building technical, data-heavy, products from ideation to launch, and through several iterations
Demonstrated self-starter who can quickly adapt, learn, and grow in a start-up environment
Strong attention to detail, yet can move forward unwaveringly when the details are unknown
Excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of crafting compelling messages to both technical and non-technical audiences
Consistent use of data and analytics when making decisions and defining success metrics
Effective at leading without authority
Positive attitude and a growth mindset

Desirable

Experience with large knowledge-graph based products modeling entities and their relationships from structured and unstructured data sources
Experience with information retrieval and data classification products; understands evaluation measures of confidence, precision, and recall and uses them when defining product goals

What the job involves

As our first Sr. Product Manager, you’ll play an important role in helping strategize and execute our product roadmap across multinationals, consultancies, law firms, government, and other segments
Reporting to our Head of Engineering, you’ll communicate the strategy and delivery roadmap to both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds
Build a strong partnership and collaborate closely with the Engineering, UX, and Research teams throughout the product process, especially when defining product requirements and acceptance criteria
Break down complex problems into actionable steps that drive product progress and improve time-to-market in an agile/iterative manner
Develop a deep understanding of our clients and the problems we help them solve to constantly improve our value proposition
Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to enhance the current product features and uncover new opportunities
Align key stakeholders on product priorities and scope, while effectively communicating to all parties
Work with and pitch to senior leadership to help define and adjust the product roadmap
Institute best-practices from your prior experience to help define, implement, and operate a successful product program
