- Experience working within a pressurised project delivery environment
- Experience in working with both customers and suppliers to achieve a common goal

What the job involves
- Working with the management, relevant Head of Programme Delivery and the wider team, you will take ownership of the following key responsibilities:
- RAID log management & updates
- Activity and Resource Scheduling
- Document control, quality & monitoring
- Action tracking
- Meeting support (internal & external) e.g. capturing meeting minutes and tracking actions
- Team resource maintenance
- General Administration
- Monitoring team activity against security policies
- Contractual deliverable tracking
- The list is not exhaustive, and you will need to be flexible in picking up other tasks when required
- Some of these activities will also be shared with the management team
- You may occasionally be asked to work outside the stated contract hours on urgently required items
- Keeping all Stakeholders up to date with all developments on the Project using various recognised Project delivery collateral
- Report progress, change, issues, dependencies and risks to management team
- Actively drive the standardised use of available toolsets including SharePoint, Box and MS Teams channels to improve efficiency and develop repeatable benefits
- Own and deliver all tasks required in the project, these will include updating action logs, taking minutes, preparing documentation, and attending meetings
- Ensure all work is carried out aligned to security policies in place
- Monthly consolidation of project financial reports in conjunction with the management team
- Updating internal Project Documents
- Managing escalations with all necessary parties and conveying progress to the customer as necessary
- Any other fair and reasonable task or duty assigned to you by the management team, or other senior Exponential-e Ltd staff member
