What the job involves
- As an SDR at Miter, you will be a key driver of pipeline growth and outbound sales success
- You’ll own prospecting within a newly established geographic territory model, working closely with Account Executives to execute a targeted and scalable outbound strategy in the construction industry
- In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to be creative while shaping and building a repeatable SDR playbook that drives a high-impact, data-driven sales engine
- You’ll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to test new ideas, refine messaging, and accelerate scalable revenue growth

- Generate revenue opportunities through proactive outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)

- Effectively communicate Miter’s value proposition and business impact to prospects
- Manage requests and route them to the appropriate internal stakeholders
- Own your activity and pipeline metrics in Salesforce—forecasting, tracking, and refining along the way
- Test, iterate, and improve outbound campaigns with creativity backed by data
- Help develop scalable, repeatable prospecting strategies as we grow the team

With construction expenses on the rise and many building companies still using HR and financial software originally developed in the 90s, Miter leverages breakthroughs in fintech infrastructure to create new HR, compliance, and financial software for construction companies.
It's all-in-one offering provides construction companies with payroll, labor compliance, and spend management tools that will help to save time and therefore bid on more public sector projects. Ultimately, most contractors outsource this type of work, so Miter saves money on employment too.
