Role
Who you are
- 5+ years B2B SaaS Product Management experience,supported by a Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business/Economics, Psychology, Computer Science/Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives from concept to completion
- Fluent in English
- Strong track record in user-centered design and data-driven decision making
- Experience in translating customer needs into effective product solutions while balancing stakeholder interests
- Natural problem-solver who thrives on continuous learning and collaborative innovation
- Based near Amsterdam with the ability to work from the office twice weekly
- Passionate about creating impactful solutions that address real customer challenges
What the job involves
- We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager who’s ready to lead impactful initiatives that align with our mission to revolutionize workforce experience
- In addition to leading key initiatives, you will collaborate with our leadership team to shape our product roadmap, contribute to our scaling strategy, and gain opportunities for career advancement
- As a Senior Product Manager at Speakap, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying user needs, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving forward innovative solutions in our product suite
- This role will involve understanding customer challenges, prioritizing opportunities, and guiding teams in delivering meaningful improvements to the Speakap experience
- Engage deeply with our users, learning from their experiences to ensure Speakap is a vital tool for their daily lives
- Develop a deep understanding of our users, business objectives, and the technology landscape, using this knowledge to shape impactful product strategies
- Lead the end-to-end Product Discovery process, identifying opportunities that address user problems and align with business goals
- Work closely with product designers, engineers, and the commercial team to build intuitive, relevant, and viable solutions for our customers
- Stay on top of industry trends and the competitive landscape to ensure our product remains innovative and competitive
- Create, manage, and evaluate product metrics to drive data-driven decisions, ensuring that each solution delivers measurable value
- Guide teams in testing and validating features through hypothesis-driven methods, using KPIs to track success and iterate where necessary
- Mentor and lead other product managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across teams

Consistent communication between frontline and office workforces is essential for an enterprise to thrive, and digital tools and platforms are often used to make this happen. However, when attempting to provide tools for communication, task management, onboarding and more, software stacks quickly become convoluted, fragmented, and frustrating.
Speakap develops a digital workplace for frontline and office workers to collaborate on, particularly focussing on integrating all essential tools within the same place in the form of a social media platform. The platform provides features for many scenarios such as task management, scheduling and onboarding, but also facilitates integration with existing tools such as Salesforce, Office 365 and Workday.
Whilst the concept of creating a digital workplace to increase communication and engagement within enterprise workforces is nothing new, Speakap has taken a unique stance by focussing on accessibility. By combining the social media presentation of the platform with the all-in-one toolkit and external tool integration, the company has provided an end-to-end SaaS which ensures all scenarios can be handled within the same place, by any employee.
