• 3–6 years experience in B2B marketing, growth, or demand generation, ideally with charities, SaaS, or mission-driven tech
• Proven track record in building inbound funnels that drive adoption at scale (content marketing, SEO, partnerships, PR)
• Strong skills in community building - able to grow and engage networks of advocates, partners, and supporters that amplify reach and momentum
• Excellent written and verbal English; able to craft crisp, credible narratives that resonate with non-profit leaders
• Hands-on with marketing tools (HubSpot, GA4, SEO tools, LinkedIn Ads) and able to build simple funnels yourself
• Data-driven mindset; comfortable measuring CAC, lead conversion, pipeline growth, and campaign ROI

• You will drive inbound interest from charities and turn EverGive into the default technology for mission-driven organisations looking to secure their financial future. You will generate a pipeline of inbound requests and integrations with ambitious month on month growth.
• You’ll spearhead The EverGive Pledge - inspiring businesses and high-net-worth individuals to dedicate a percentage of their profits to securing humanity’s financial future. This means shaping narratives that resonate with leaders who want their legacy to be more than quarterly returns, building coalitions with purpose-driven companies, and creating campaigns that elevate the Pledge into a badge of honour for the boldest leaders. By turning values into commitments, you’ll ensure that the resources of today’s wealth creators are channelled into EverGive’s forever fund for tomorrow
• This is a role for a builder of movements. You’ll harness organic, content-driven, community-led growth to pull both charities and businesses into the EverGive orbit. With charities, you’ll craft campaigns that speak to their mission, earn trust in our model, and make EverGive the default plug-in for financial resilience. With businesses and high-net-worth individuals, you’ll turn their values into action through The EverGive Pledge, positioning it as the natural next step for leaders who want to secure humanity’s future. Your canvas is broad - B2B growth across the social impact sector - and your tools are creativity, storytelling, and coalition-building
• You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with Product to shape messaging, campaigns, and features that fuel adoption - starting in the UK and expanding quickly into the US

• Build adoption across charities and businesses - positioning EverGive as the default technology for mission-driven organisations and the natural home for leaders who want their impact to outlast them
• Design and deliver movement-driven campaigns - organic-first strategies across content, SEO, social, PR, events, and partnerships that build a groundswell of interest across both the non-profit and corporate worlds
• Shape narratives that inspire action - showing charity leaders how EverGive secures their financial future, and showing business leaders how EverGive helps transform profits into a legacy that serves humanity forever
• Build and nurture momentum - creating inbound funnels through guides, webinars, case studies, and sector reports that expand awareness and credibility across both audiences
• Forge alliances - with non-profit networks, associations, conferences, corporate coalitions, and tech platforms to embed EverGive into the infrastructure of both sectors
• Conceive, launch, and grow The EverGive Pledge - architecting the initiative from scratch: defining its identity, building its campaigns, and inspiring businesses and high-net-worth individuals to dedicate a share of profits to securing humanity’s financial future
• Collaborate with Product - ensuring seamless adoption, refining user journeys, and amplifying features that drive trust and growth for charities and corporate partners alike
• Lead international expansion - beginning in the UK, then rapidly building a presence in the US through tailored campaigns, partnerships, and relationships with sector leaders and media
• Support donor growth secondarily - working with Customer Success to develop messaging and community engagement that inspires individuals to join the movement
• 👥 Our Team and Way We Work
• EverGive is largely hybrid‑remote - most roles work remotely and gather in London once a month. This Growth Lead is different: you’ll be on‑site in our central London workspace (for regular touch‑points with the CEO and Product Manager)
