• 4–7 years in growth, marketing, or demand generation at an early-stage startup or growth company
• Proven record of building inbound pipelines and communities from zero to traction
• Hands-on across content, SEO, social, partnerships, and analytics (HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, etc)
• Strong storyteller, able to communicate clearly, credibly, and emotionally
• Comfortable operating at startup speed: test, iterate, measure, move fast

• ⚡️Your Mission
• As Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll own the engine that drives EverGive’s growth and adoption. You’ll turn EverGive into the default platform for mission-driven organisations, building awareness, trust, and adoption across charities, businesses, and high-net-worth individuals
• You will lead the launch of The EverGive Pledge, defining target audiences, crafting messaging that inspires commitment, and designing repeatable growth loops to generate early traction and sustained inbound interest. You’ll also build and optimise EverGive’s charity acquisition funnel, converting cold leads into active, integrated partners through content, partnerships, and CRM-driven workflows
• This is a founding-level role. You will be hands-on, combining storytelling, growth tactics, experimentation, and analytics to test, learn, and scale adoption. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with Product and Leadership to design campaigns, funnels, and partnerships that deliver measurable, compounding growth

• Own growth and marketing strategy: Build and optimise the inbound engine from scratch, spanning content, SEO, partnerships, and community-led growth
• Drive adoption: Generate consistent inbound leads from charities and purpose-driven businesses; convert them into EverGive partners
• Launch The EverGive Pledge: Create an initiative where businesses dedicate a portion of profits to humanity’s financial future
• Shape narratives that inspire action: Communicate EverGive’s mission clearly, combining data-driven messaging with compelling storytelling
• Lead with metrics: Measure CAC, conversion, funnel velocity, and campaign ROI to optimise growth
• Forge alliances: Partner with non-profit networks, Bitcoin advocates, CSR coalitions, and social-impact media to expand reach
• Collaborate with Product: Feed growth insights into product design and help shape features that improve adoption and retention
• Scale internationally: Start in the UK, then expand into the US through targeted campaigns and partnerships
