  • 2 years experience with 0 to 1 journey in a fast paced startup setup - ability to deal with ambiguity with a strong sense of urgency and bias for action
  • 2 years experience with A/B and multivariate testing
  • Strong critical thinking and effective written communication to convey information succinctly to partner teams
  • Experience in developing and implementing outcome measurement initiatives, utilizing suitable test designs and methodologies

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Game Design, or Behavioral science

  • Digital Care Team: Imagine an AI-powered resource that can communicate with patients in their native language, answering questions about their care plans. This capability bridges the gap between patients and their healthcare needs, providing support and information at their fingertips
  • Behavioral Economics in Action: We're leveraging the principles of behavioral economics and gamification to encourage healthy habits. Our product allows patients to track and manage daily health activities with engaging, proactive nudges. It's healthcare that's not only smart but also fun and rewarding
  • Financial Incentives: Patients can earn financial rewards by completing health activities and achieving specific outcomes. This approach motivates and supports patients in their journey towards better health
  • Diverse Population Focus: Our initiatives target a wide range of populations, including those with hypertension, diabetes, and general wellness needs. We're also committed to Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) screening, with future partnerships that will expand our reach and impact
  • Uncover unique insights quickly by understanding the domain and market, as well as customer and user needs
  • Convert insights into fully fleshed out features/capabilities with clear articulation for “why”
  • Execute effectively on prioritized capabilities using a test-measure-learn approach
  • Consistently ship high-quality capabilities on schedule
  • Build instrumentation to monitor product performance and leverage generated data to inform roadmap decisions and broader strategy
  • Work with leadership to define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap ensuring alignment with company objectives and user needs
  • Collaborate closely with the actuarial and data partners to drive impact measurement and attribution to patient actions within product suite

Our take

Medical data is a highly valuable resource for delivering actionable insights into the U.S. healthcare system. However, analyzing enormous data sets to produce these insights is a fragmented and time-consuming process.

Nuna Incorporated uses cloud computing technology to provide an integrated data analysis platform for the U.S. healthcare sector. The startup unifies many analytic services into a single package including tools that handle the aggregation, processing, and analysis of data. Analyzed data is collected from employers, health plans, and insurance policies to identify cost-saving opportunities to increase access to quality care.

Whilst improving the U.S. healthcare system through mass data analysis is nothing new, Nuna's cloud-based methods present opportunities for massive improvements in the speed and quality of producing valuable insights. Ultimately, the company aims to help healthcare providers make quality healthcare more affordable to low-income Americans.
