Who you are
- Proven track record improving cross-functional product operations and driving strategic initiatives in fast-moving environments
- Strong analytical and technical fluency (SQL, APIs, product analytics, data pipelines, ML concepts) to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and inform product decisions
- Excellent at designing scalable processes for roadmap planning, product launches, feedback loops, prioritization, and cross-functional execution
- Relentless about operational excellence: identifies bottlenecks, streamlines workflows, and enables Product and Engineering teams to move faster
- Metrics-driven: defines KPIs, builds dashboards, synthesizes customer and business insights, and ensures product decisions are backed by data
- Clear, direct communicator who aligns Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Leadership around priorities, execution, and measurable business outcomes
What the job involves
- We're looking for a Product Operations Lead who can drive operational excellence across Product, Engineering, Data/ML, and Customer teams to help scale an AI-native security platform
- You'll turn ambiguous problems into repeatable processes, improve how products are built and launched, surface insights from data and customers, and ensure teams have the operational foundation to execute quickly
- This version reflects what high-performing Product Operations leaders at AI startups typically own: improving execution, creating scalable processes, enabling product teams with data and insights, and ensuring successful product delivery rather than directly managing engineering programs
Our take
While the NFT space is often one that is enticing to investors and traders, there are persistent issues with fraud in the market. Cybercriminals are able to pass off any image as their own intellectual property, and while NFT marketplaces do abide by copyright laws this kind of fraud can be hard to spot before money changes hands. The damage to a brand's reputation and customer trust can be hard to rectify.
Doppel exists to solve this problem. Using an AI model trained to spot fraud and IP violations, it indexes NFT data across most of the major blockchains and flags potentially fraudulent NFTs. Trusted by Opensea, Dapper and numerous other marketplaces, Doppel scans over 1.5 million NFTs daily and has identified over 100,000 threats in the marketplace.
Doppel has raised significant funding, its 2025 round aimed at accelerating product innovation and expanding its capabilities beyond NFT fraud detection into broader social engineering defense. As AI-driven scams become more sophisticated, the company is ready as a multi-channel security platform, helping organizations detect, prevent, and respond to threats across digital environments.
