A first successful experience in a data-oriented company, ideally exposed to Customer Service topics

What the job involves

The Data Analytics team is responsible for supporting the business teams, answering their questions and enabling them to monitor key performance indicators, as well as ensuring the relevance and quality of the data analyzed
The Customer Care team has two main missions:
Providing the best support to our millions of users
Provide internal teams with the best insights on customers needs and feedbacks
As a member of the Data Analytics team and reporting to the Customer Care team, you will be required to:
Analyze vast amounts of data related to customer behavior (across multiple sources - website, app, CRM, hardware products) to answer questions from the Customer Care team and synthesize results
Create and maintain dashboards to monitor performance indicators for product features and the Health Mate mobile application
Implement data processing (data pipelines) to clean and/or precompute large volume of data
Implement campaigns of surveys to gather feedback from customers and share results with the teams
Propose data architectures adapted to the needs of different projects
Ensure the performance level of data processing according to needs (batch or real time) and their integrity

Our take

Withings have been merging stylish design with IoT-connected health since 2009. Spanning engineering, data science, and healthcare, the Parisian company are behind products such as the Apple-connected Body Smart scales which includes an “eyes closed” mode, hiding the weight from the user but harvesting the data to keep tabs on health.

Withings was the first company to release such smart-scale products and has expanded its offerings over time. Other products in the Withings range include hybrid watches, blood pressure monitors, and sleep analysis tools.

Though working within a crowded market, the maturity of Withings has meant that it has years of experience behind it and has grown its team steadily over time. With considerable funding, the company now has offices across Europe, the USA, and Asia.
