- Bachelor’s degree required; Business or Healthcare-related field a plus
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, business development, or implementations — ideally in healthcare
- Demonstrated success in managing complex cross-functional programs
- Experience working with or alongside hospital systems and/or external health partners strongly preferred
What the job involves
- The Implementation Program Manager plays a critical role in driving Diana Health’s growth and operational excellence. This individual serves as the single point of contact for new practice implementations and hospital partnerships — coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning with hospital executives, and ensuring successful and timely launches
- Serve as the single point of contact for all new practice implementation efforts
- Own the internal roadmap and communications leading up to each clinic opening
- Lead internal meetings and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure milestones are met
- Set and maintain planning cadence with hospital executive teams to ensure alignment
- Support key processes and workstreams (e.g., compliance, procurement) to maintain timelines and address high-priority issues
- Work closely with vendor partners to coordinate delivery and installation of signage, furniture, equipment, IT and telephony, utilities, and services
- Collaborate with regional leadership on change management, including clinical workflow mapping and training
- Work closely with Business Development and hospital partners to ensure operational execution aligns with strategic agreements
- Act as the primary operational liaison for hospital executives during the implementation period — providing structured updates, aligning timelines, and flagging risks proactively
- Translate internal milestones (construction, IT, staffing, licensing, go-live) into clear, credible external communications for hospital C-suite and senior leadership
- Navigate hospital governance processes and adapt internal timelines to external partner requirements
- Support the finalization of hospital partnership launch plans, ensuring all physical, operational, IT, and compliance obligations are captured in the go-live schedule
Our take
Diana Health partners with hospitals and health systems, and leverages its online platform, to bring better women’s health outcomes; particularly in pregnancy, childbirth and postnatal wellbeing. The 2019-founded startup is also building its own locations throughout the US with an aim to expand its physical footprint rapidly over the coming years.
The company’s launch and initial fundraise came as maternal health in the US fell under the spotlight. More women die from childbirth in the US than in any other developed country, and worryingly, these figures have doubled since the turn of the 21st century. By working with its network of women’s health practices, Diana is able to deliver a more holistic, individual wellbeing-focused care program, in turn resulting in better health outcomes.
Given the pressure to improve women’s health services across the US, Diana Health could be on the cusp of a period of huge growth. New capital will certainly help it along, as it invests on bringing its care model to new communities across the US and expanding its digital offerings.
