Who you are

Our direct sales team in EMEA is looking for talented, tech-savvy professionals, with persistence, passion and a customer service focus
If you can build positive relationships with customers and help them with their sales or service-related questions, join our team as a French-speaking Technical Sales Manager in our Berlin office
Language requirements: C1 or better fluency in French AND English is required; additional European languages are a plus
Finished higher education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business- or STEM-related field
Experience in B2B Sales: 3-5 years experience in end-to-end B2B sales, preferably within the technology or engineering or similar sectors
Technical Expertise: A strong background in selling advanced technical or technological products is essential, with a deep understanding of complex sales cycles
E2E Sales Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to final deal closure, with a focus on technical solutions
Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner

Formlabs is looking for highly motivated individuals to join us as we build an amazing sales team and bring groundbreaking professional 3D printers to every designer, engineer, factory floor and medical institution, throughout the world!

We are looking for talented, goal-driven professionals who will be responsible for quickly responding to prospective customers, creating and utilizing outreach strategies, and identifying and closing sales opportunities
For adventurous people: this role presents an opportunity to transfer permanently or a temporary rotation in the US (Boston, Milwaukee)!
Drive and Manage Complex Sales Processes: Oversee the full end-to-end (E2E) sales cycle, from lead inquiry to deal closure, with a strong focus on technical and technological solutions
Develop and Engage with Qualified Leads: Identify and engage with B2B clients seeking advanced technological and technical products, nurturing leads and moving them efficiently through the sales pipeline
Coordinate with Technical Teams: Collaborate closely with internal technical experts and product engineers to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions
Consult on Advanced Engineering Solutions: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through sophisticated engineering and technology-based solutions that align with their business needs

Our take

Formlabs' founders met at MIT in 2011, and set about creating a company that would disrupt the 3D printing market. While the majority of the industry was experiencing a crash, Formlabs managed to buck the trend by implementing additive manufacturing (stereolithography) to a desktop form factor.

While many 3D printing manufacturers have tried in vain to market their hardware to home users, Formlabs has maintained a laser-sharp focus on serving the needs of professionals and large-scale companies such as Coke and Sony. Striving to keep costs low while maintaining an optimal user experience, the company has sold well over 100,000 printers.

With considerable funding at its back, Formlabs has continued to develop new solutions such as a series of mass manufacturing solutions that enable its customers to dramatically increase their 3D printing output. As the largest supplier of professional SLA and SLS 3D printers in the world, the company is well set to further its position and achieve further global growth.
