Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of Account Executive experience preferably in SaaS or tech
- You have a track record of delivering results in a quota-driven environment
- Experience working deals with Large/Enterprise businesses
- Experience with 6+ month sales cycles
- Experience Conducting effective demos and presentations to C-level executives
- Exceptional written/ verbal communication skills
- Experience utilizing Salesforce and Salesloft (or other) to manage accounts effectively
- Ability to handle a large number of accounts and manage multiple products concurrently
- Performance-driven and highly motivated to achieve and exceed targets
- Energetic and outgoing personality, able to engage prospects and build rapport easily
What the job involves
- As Senior Account Executive, you will report to our Head of Revenue; leveraging your sales experience B2B SaaS, with the goal of expanding VendorPM’s solution globally
- Our Account Executives will have a tremendous opportunity to drive revenue, make an impact, and work with autonomy
- The right candidates will be provided a growth path to a Sales leadership role within a rapidly growing organization
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle, encompassing prospecting, discovery, deal closure, contract administration, and turnover to ensure seamless customer success during onboarding
- Lead and mentor a Business Development Representative to effectively generate new sales opportunities and support their professional development
- Innovate and implement new outbound prospecting strategies while refining existing approaches to maximize effectiveness (Salesloft)
- Maintain and enhance data integrity within the CRM system, specifically Salesforce, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute targeted campaigns aimed at generating new business opportunities
- Conduct engaging virtual and in-person software demonstrations and presentations to showcase VendorPM's offerings to potential clients
- Represent VendorPM at industry events to increase brand awareness and foster relationships with key stakeholders
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with C-Suite executives and key decision-makers within multi-family and commercial property management companies
- Occasionally travel within Canada and the US to engage with clients, attend industry events, and facilitate business development activities

Property managers must juggle the planning, sourcing, procurement, and management of building services and vendors in order to keep their business running smoothly. However, doing this whilst maintaining compliance can be a particular challenge when so many building services are required and communication occurs across many different e-mail threads and mediums.
VendorPM provides an all-in-one marketplace for property managers to connect with building services and vendors, allowing them to plan services, source and procure them, and manage contracts and compliance within the same platform. The company provides its services to over 100 property management firms and over 30,000 building service vendors, helping both parties to manage their business relationships efficiently and without friction.
