- Experience in an outbound sales or high volume customer facing role
- Confidence making outbound calls and engaging senior decision makers

- A curious mindset and willingness to test new approaches
- A genuine desire to learn and build a successful career in SaaS sales
- Experience selling software is helpful but not essential. We care more about your attitude, coachability and drive to succeed
What the job involves
- We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our next stage of growth
- This is a pure outbound sales role. Your focus is simple. Find the right people, start conversations and book high quality discovery meetings for our Business Development Managers
- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities through outbound calling, email and LinkedIn
- Booking qualified discovery meetings and product demos for the sales team
- Researching target accounts and identifying key decision makers
- Qualifying prospects against our ideal customer profile
- Maintaining accurate activity and prospect information in our CRM
- Working closely with the sales team to continually improve messaging and conversion rates
- Supporting the creation of sales collateral and outreach campaigns
- Assisting with outbound testing initiatives and new sales experiments as we continue to scale

The construction industry is at a turning point due to supply chain issues and labour shortages on top of procurement problems that have become a costly issue for the industry. EstimateOne wants to be central to changing this.
The construction tech platform offers tendering software that connects commercial construction firms and subcontractors. It has been used by upwards of 100,000 organisations with the goal to become the global industry standard procurement platform in the commercial construction industry.
EstimateOne is well placed to do so following funding from Potentia Capital and Leigh Jasper, as well as the fact that the construction sector is on the cusp of significant tech-led innovation. Funding will be used to expand into international markets, such as Britain and Ireland, whilst extending the platform into workflow management.
