Who you are

A minimum of 5+ years strategic selling with experience in e-commerce, risk, or fraud markets OR equivalent experience in a technical, consultative solution-based selling role (Solutions/Sales Engineer, Product Manager, etc.) that requires rigorous business analytics and/or strategic thought
Proven track record closing multiple strategic deals that exceed $1M in annual impact
Terrific written and verbal communication skills; superior interpersonal skills; and able to craft memorable, compelling storyboards with potential customers
A natural inclination towards problem-solving, is resourceful, proactive and thrives off of autonomy
Natural analytical ability with a strong passion for persuasion - able to see value, negotiate for that value, and bring others along the journey
Collaborative with individuals at all levels of the organization, including the C-suite
Some travel is expected

What the job involves

Leverage and manage the actions of a team of experts to collaborate, to innovate, and to solution shoulder-to-shoulder with customers to build and execute winning strategies
Replicate success across a broad set of Enterprise Accounts, providing scale, expanding coverage, and building strength in named vertical markets
Craft memorable engagements, content, and thought leadership designed to set Signifyd apart and win business
Solution across the entire customer journey impacting emerging trends across payments, consumer abuse, online returns, omni-channel fulfillment, and marketplaces
Build a business within your territory: responsible for establishing new relationships; building, growing, and managing pipeline; closing new business for Signifyd; and ensuring successful transition to implementation
Out of the box thinker with a bias towards action and team-oriented strategy design

Our take

The growth in eCommerce over the last 20 years has also caused a large rise in consumer fraud. To combat this, Signifyd provides an end-to-end platform for commerce protection.

Its solution targets issues such as money lost to chargebacks, customer dissatisfaction from mistaken declines, and operational costs due to tedious and manual transaction investigations. Its machine learning, data-driven approach helps businesses reduce false positives and wrongly declined orders, permitting them to make instant ship/don’t ship decisions and improve the experience for legitimate customers.

The company has raised significant funding in the past which has supported its development thus far. It has also secured impressive customers such as Samsung, Lenovo and Walmart.
