Role
Who you are
- Have 3-5 years of experience managing PR and communications in-house at a scaling tech company, or for a tech-focused PR agency
- Can demonstrate a history of supporting senior leaders execute a communications plan and deliver key messages to support strategic company goals
- Are comfortable using tools like Google Analytics and Looker to analyse content data
- Feel at ease discussing complex financial products and software
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (any additional language is a plus)
- Are comfortable working cross-functionally in a hybrid environment
- Are proactive, curious, solution-oriented, and have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
What the job involves
- As PR Manager and Copywriter at Ledgy, you will lead the creation of compelling written content for our multi-channel marketing communications, PR, digital, and social media, and help Ledgy run best-in-class marketing campaigns that help us win new business
- This is a high impact role with the opportunity to collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and leadership in a fast growing company
- Partner closely with our Content and Communications Lead, Marketing Director, and CEO to build a best-in-class PR and communications agenda
- Plan, implement, and manage Ledgy’s PR strategy, taking responsibility for building relationships with key journalists and publications, and helping Ledgy leadership spokespeople to effectively get across key messages
- Help execute our editorial and content calendar, ensuring we produce timely, helpful, and engaging content across channels
- Analyse PR and content effectiveness and optimise tactics according to data and lessons learned
- Analyse and leverage internal and external data, as well as market and competitive trends, to guide strategic decisions around our product offerings and go-to-market approach
- Help other members of the marketing team, from product marketing to designers, deliver quality and consistency in content production

Ledgy was founded as an equity management platform for high-growth companies, allowing them to focus first and foremost on growth by handling cap tables, employee participation plans, and investor relations. It also offers investors a personalised dashboard which allows modelling flexible funding scenarios, valuations and exits.
The company realised that manual Excel-based processes or inflexible legacy systems aren't optimally efficient for high-growth companies. They often make equity plan management a full-time job, taking time away from company growth. Ledgy's key features include document handling automation, legally compliant document signing, customised PDF investor reports and scenario modelling. In doing this, it takes a privacy and security-first approach.
Ledgy now has hundreds of high-growth clients, including NA-KD, Dott, yamo, and Codility, offering products for finance, human resources, and investors. In addition, Ledgy has a comprehensive sustainability policy: its office is driven by a green energy provider, its servers run on Google's renewable energy infrastructure, and it's working to become carbon neutral through partnerships with the likes of SeaO2, an ocean carbon removal company.
