Who you are

- This position sits in our Pernod Ricard UK (PRUK) business. - Our Customer Services team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- As a team member, you'll handle customer inquiries and issues, working closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction. We value collaboration, innovation, and dedication
- You will have three main areas of responsibility:
- Order Management:
- Capture, processing and fulfilment of all customer orders and deliveries within agreed customer lead times
- Liaise with and update all relevant parties in the supply chain (i.e. transporters and warehouses) and ensure specific documentation and labelling requirements are adhered to
- Customer Service:
- Identification and resolution of issues in an effective manner, within the agreed timeframe and to the required standard, with root cause analysis for any key failures
- Establish collaborative relationships with external customer contacts to ensure that a solid relationship is developed and maintained
- Understand Customer requirements and culture
- Reporting:
- Accurate and timely completion of scheduled reporting and tasks
- Maintenance of up-to-date and accurate cross reference records for relevant EDI mechanisms and customer/product master references
- Who you’ll be working with
- Internally, you’ll work with your Operations colleagues and Commercial Teams
- Externally, your contacts will be Customer and 3PL Warehouse and Transport teams
