Senior Account Manager, Brand Your

• Proven experience in an Account Management or similar client-facing role
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
• Proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking + performance reporting
• Strong stakeholder management + relationship-building skills
• Strategic + analytical mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach

• Building + scaling the Account Management (AM) function to support growth + market expansion
• Acting as the primary contact for SME enterprise clients, fostering trust and creating long-term partnerships
• Designing and documenting scalable AM processes, workflows and playbooks for consistent delivery across markets
• Aligning with New Business, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations teams to ensure seamless handoffs + client retention
• Using data-driven insights to implement upselling and cross-selling strategies, improve retention + optimise client outcomes
• Advocating for clients internally to address pain points, drive product improvements + strengthen the overall customer experience

• 3. Back-to-Back Interviews: You’ll have two video interviews on the same day:
• Interview with Ollie (from Operations) (45 minutes - 1 hour): Focused on questions and discussion around strategy, analytical skills + cultural alignment
• Interview with Max (from Sales) (45 minutes - 1 hour): Deep dive into commercial and sales-focused discussions with role-play scenarios
• 4. In-Person Interview with Will (Co-Founder): A one-hour session, including presentation and walk-through of a practical task based on anonymised company data, focusing on client segmentation & communication, CRM utlisation and process implementation. You'll receive the task 1 week before your interview with Will.
