• Morty is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal Associate to support legal, regulatory, compliance, and contract management functions across the company
• This role will play an important part in managing regulatory workflows, licensing processes, compliance-related initiatives, and legal documentation that support Morty’s platform and growing network of loan officers and partners
• You will work closely with leadership, operations teams, and external partners to help ensure Morty’s legal and regulatory obligations are handled accurately and efficiently
• Support licensing and regulatory workflows
• Track licensing requirements, renewals, and compliance deadlines
• Maintain legal, licensing, and compliance documentation
• Assist with compliance training and education initiatives
• Support contract management and document organization
• Maintain contract records, templates, and tracking systems
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Help drive accuracy and consistency across legal and regulatory processes
• Identify and escalate potential risks or issues
• Support special projects across legal, regulatory, and operational matters
