What the job involves
- Unity is looking for a Senior Business Operations and Strategy Manager to lead strategic planning, performance management, and operational execution for our Games Sales and Customer Success organizations
- This high-impact role will drive business insights, operational rigor, and execution excellence across these critical customer-facing teams
- You will collaborate with cross-functional partners across Revenue, Product, Finance, HR, and Engineering to craft scalable, data-informed solutions that improve performance and empower our teams to operate at scale
- Lead Strategic Planning & Execution: Drive annual and quarterly planning cycles, aligning KPIs and OKRs to team and business goals
- Performance Analytics & Insights: Deliver data-driven analysis and dashboards to identify process improvements and inform key decisions
- AI Integration & Enablement: Embed enterprise AI tools into business processes to optimize workflows, elevate insights, and improve team efficiency
- Executive Partnership: Partner with senior leaders, including C-suite stakeholders, to align strategic initiatives and drive business impact
- Program Ownership: Lead high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution in partnership with the COO and others
