Who you are

2-4 years of experience in marketing, with 1-2 years of experience in email, lifecycle, or growth marketing in fast-growing organizations. SaaS experience a strong plus
Track record of consistently delivering excellent results in a fast-paced environment
Track record in building rock-solid partnerships with Sales and GTM teams
Strength in analytics, critical thinking, and reasoned judgment
Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating)
Combination of strategic thinking and ability to roll up sleeves and get it done
Experience leading growth initiatives (nurture campaigns, A/B testing, scheduling tools, lead scoring, etc.)
Expertise with B2B marketing tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, Twilio, Chili Piper, marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms

What the job involves

Brightwheel is seeking a skilled, data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manger, Growth to develop and execute on a plan to optimize our sales funnel
Nurture inbound leads to drive conversion at the top of the sales funnel
Own and execute brightwheel’s prospect-facing communication strategy, including automated email/SMS drips, sales sequences in Revenue.io, and audience segmentation
Optimize ChiliPiper scheduler and identify other opportunities to increase demos set/held
Lead growth initiatives end-to-end; capture insights and learnings to inform decision-making
Analyze campaign outcomes with reporting in HubSpot, Tableau, and Google Analytics
Closely partner with Sales and Marketing Operations to drive progress against OKRs

Our take

Childcare and teaching is a profession fraught with pressures and paperwork and yet it remains relatively ill attended to by advances in tech and software. Brightwheel want to revolutionize this, focusing on facilitating the administrative and communicative relationship between schools, carers and parents or guardians.

As tech enters the classrooms there are various apps focusing on the education itself with fewer actually handling the communications for schools. Brightwheel's platform helps increase parental and teacher engagement with students everyday, while helping small education businesses save money, time, and to grow.

Brightwheel is carving out a name for itself as a service valuable for its exciting and useful new updates. It was quick to adapt to school closures too by offering distance learning capabilities and health testing. And on top of this, it also caters to childcare in lower-income areas with a freemium model. Making its a go-to platform for early education.
