Role
Who you are
- Here, you’ll compress 5–10 years of traditional career progression into 2–3 years
- You have at least 3+ years of technical experience working in in project-based data analytics with end-to-end ownership
- You are fluent in Python for Data Science and possess strong skills in at least two of these: Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Predictive Modelling/ML, Data Strategy, Business Intelligence/Visualisation
- You use project management principles to deliver technical work, managing stakeholders, cost, time, and risks
- You are a strong communicator, able to simplify technical complexity for any audience
- You like to build and structure compelling presentation decks that clearly communicate insights, proposals, and recommendations to a range of stakeholders
- You thrive using cutting-edge AI tools and want to solve important real-world challenges—not just produce analysis decks
- Must-haves: Python, interpersonal and consulting skills, presentation/storytelling ability, positive attitude, statistical analysis
- Preferred: SQL, AWS/Azure (preference AWS), familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline orchestration (e.g. dbt, Airflow), experience with data visualisation and dashboarding (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker)

- That means you’ll work directly on the problems that matter most—whether combating economic crime, modernising government services, or accelerating commercial growth for FTSE 100 companies
- From day one, you’ll support and deliver end-to-end projects, access leadership directly (including the CEO), and build cross-industry expertise that usually takes a decade to gain
- We don’t just analyse—we build, own, and scale solutions that shape the organisations we work with and have meaningful societal impact
- Senior Analysts design and deliver solutions that go far beyond traditional reporting
- Analyse complex datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Drive project delivery and take ownership of analysis, pipelines, models, or visualisations
- Mentor junior colleagues and independently run critical workstreams
- Collaborate with senior clients, powering business strategies with evidence
- Help shape QuantSpark’s evolving methods and standards as we scale
- In your first three months, your immediate tasks will be to quickly up-skill on new tools, deliver effective client presentations and deliverables and embed yourself into the team. You’ll have a key role in contributing to our culture, whilst proactively shaping your development plan

QuantSpark helps governments and businesses to strategically apply data science through the development of complex decision-making software. Primarily, its work involves analysing large datasets and systems in order to understand customer behaviour and help clients make informed decisions for strategic planning in sales and marketing.
In recent years, big data has become central to the operation of businesses large and small, and this has led to great demand for data scientists fluent in sophisticated modelling and analysis. QuantSpark seeks to go a step further, providing a service which combines data science with commercial insight- effectively providing both services through one transaction. By doing this, QuantSpark hopes to offer clients a more meaningful insight into their data than a standard consultancy could.
Already, the company has an impressive client list, including the UK Government, the Australian Government and Bain Capital. QuantSpark's tools and solutions are developed to become embedded in its clients' operations, ensuring a long-lasting relationship between them, and meaning that, as QuantSpark continues to expand its client base, its model should allow it to see continued success in the future.
