What the job involves
- Be providing top-notch administrative support to multiple Executive Stakeholders, ensuring their schedules run smoothly. Diary management, meeting logistics, and calendar juggling will be a breeze for you
- You'll assist with planning and be the mastermind behind coordinating logistics for meetings, conferences, and events. Including assisting with travel arrangements, from flights and accommodations to transportation and visa requirements. Prepare detailed itineraries and travel packs for smooth journeys
- You'll set the stage for productive discussions, preparing meeting agendas and presentations, as well as attending meetings, taking minutes, and distributing action items
- Working closely with our leadership team you’ll be privy to sensitive information and maintaining secure records and controlling confidential documentation with discretion will come naturally to you
- As our Executive Team Assistant, you'll be part of a dynamic hybrid work environment that combines the best of both worlds

Since its launch, Pod Point has grown to become the UK’s largest provider of electric vehicle chargers, with a number of lucrative partnerships with supermarket chains such as Sainsbury’s, Lidl, and Tesco. Energy giant EDF bought a major stake in the company in 2020, a testament to Pod Point’s viability. Now, the company boasts over 240,000 EV charging points.
The company faces competition from the likes of Chargemaster, but its partnerships, and the backing of EDF, will allow Pod Point to remain a leading player in the EV market.
