Operations Analyst, Raindrop

Desirable

• Your role will focus on customer and internal operations, primarily focused on the pension finding process. You'll be ensuring that our customers receive an excellent service when interacting with Raindrop, this will include making sure they are kept updated throughout the pension finding process. You'll also need to be thorough and be willing to go that extra mile to find their lost pensions, even when information is not readily available.
• You’ll need to be a self-starter who can adapt and learn quickly. We are still a small team so we need someone who is willing to get their hands dirty and do the day-to-day work required.
• Managing pension finding requests, liaising with customers, pension providers, third parties such as external employers
• Researching employers to locate relevant contacts and potential pension providers
• Customer support
• Conducting outbound calls to follow up with providers and external employers
• Scanning and mail management tasks
• Miscellaneous admin tasks
