Who you are
- 4+ years’ experience in a high-growth start-up
- Driven by data not opinions, and at ease interpreting data (we’re fostering a data-driven decision-making culture)
- Experience in developing, implementing and executing CRM strategies and tactics
- Possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude and strong motivation to learn
- Great planned and executed ‘event based funnel’ engineering
- Excellent Business level English- writing and speaking skills
- A critical thinker - use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Technical Requirements:
- A minimum internet speed of 4 Mb/s download and 4 Mb/s upload internationally
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM
- A 64-bit version of Windows 10 or newer, or macOS 10.11 or newer
- An Intel Core i5-6300U or better/similar
- An Nvidia GTX 660 Graphics card or better/similar
- A smartphone usable for two-factor authentication that runs at least: Android 8.0 or newer or Apple iOS 14.0 or newer
What the job involves
- Developing and executing multiple marketing campaigns for both lead generation & activation
- Improve automatic communications based on data insights on candidate and company type, behavior, and transactional events
- Build automated solutions to implement 1-1 personalization at scale to serve the right message to the right candidate/company at the right time
- Collaborating with the wider marketing team on the content strategy to drive gated content and referred leads by supporting the delivery of multiple content offers: such as white-papers, guides, insights reports, video demos, case studies, etc
- Define and prioritize a roadmap of A/B testing to improve current journeys and processes
- Support the rollout of product-led onboarding / user self-provisioning
- We recently launched the Cocoroco platform and are ready to expand our marketing team. With that in mind, we’re looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist. In addition to working for Cocoroco, the Marketing Automation Specialist will also work for 5CA, a leading BPO company
- This dual position offers a unique opportunity to work in both a fast-paced start-up environment and a well-established company. As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across both companies, utilizing automation tools and data-driven insights to achieve business objectives
- You will work closely with the sales & TA operations teams of both companies to create cohesive messaging and drive growth for each brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and innovative marketer to make a significant impact on the success of two dynamic companies
