Who you are
- Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources, Finance Statistics, Information Management
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Bamboo HR, League, Payroll (definite asset)
- Some excel skills

What the job involves
- First point of contact for all People tasks (employment letters, onboarding, benefits) for all global offices at BlueCat
- Work closely with business partners to understand reporting and dashboard requirements
- Understand business partner’s requirements for new report requests, and advises on best practice approaches to report development including use of direct access
- Administrative support to various team initiatives (i.e. performance reviews, social events)
- Understands or has had experience with payroll teams
- Input people data into Bamboo HR
- Work with League and be our admin for all benefits
- Perform other related tasks as required
