What the job involves
- To support this mission, we're looking for an experienced Lead Systems/Platform Engineer who can design, implement, and maintain complex technology systems while ensuring they run efficiently and effectively
- Establish and maintain a platform to streamline engineering effort
- Collaborate with other teams to identify, troubleshoot and resolve system performance and stability issues, utilising monitoring tools to identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimisations to improve efficiency
- Develop and maintain system documentation, specifications, and diagrams
- Think long term about our platform and DevOps needs by contributing and maintaining a roadmap
- Mentor your colleagues, providing technical guidance and sharing your knowledge to help them grow and develop their skills
- Ensure a data-driven approach to identifying the right priorities and KPIs to tackle
