What the job involves
- We’re hiring a Customer Service Agent as our customer base is expanding so is our Customer Service Team!
- Maintaining an excellent level of customer care
- Dealing with a high volume of incoming calls and emails
- Answering customer queries and resolving any complaints
- Assisting our Pharmacy team with queries regarding our patients
- Monitoring our social media and responding to comments,questions and complaints
- Working closely with, and assisting our team of Clinicians
- Keeping a record of any customer feedback
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records

More recently, it has expanded its weight loss category into women's health, paving the way for a broader range of female treatment categories.
