Who you are
- Enthusiasm for the company's purpose
- Minimum 3 years of HubSpot management experience in a B2B environment
- Experience with lead management and optimization
- Experience with data integrations and technical requirements
- Experience building custom HubSpot dashboards and reports
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Experience structuring feedback loops for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams

- Overseeing Design Pickle's CRM and integrations
- Supporting Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams with insights and reporting
- Managing and optimizing HubSpot for the Sales team
- Partnering with Sales to implement workflows and structures
- Setting up feedback loops for Sales and Marketing teams
- Leading sales enablement training
- Partnering with Sales and Marketing teams for reporting and analytics
- Managing Marketing Technology
- Optimizing CRM processes, segmentation, and lead scoring
- Handling CRM communication workflows and innovation opportunities
