Who you are

4+ years of experience in construction management, civil engineering or BIM/VDC Manager or
4+ years of experience in customer success/service delivery in a construction software or similar company
Effective in using CRM systems and Sales tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn
Strong Communication and people skills, comfortable having conversations and actively listening with a range of stakeholders in different roles, regions and cultures
English is a must; other languages will be a plus
Highly organised, and responsive, with troubleshooting skills and ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
Tenacious and proactive when it comes to taking tasks from inception to implementation with a solutions-orientated “roll your sleeves up” approach
Strong analytical and technical skills for understanding clients' needs and measuring project success metrics
Experience handling the onboarding of new users including training and other creative approaches to drive seamless adoption of the product
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup working environment

What the job involves

As we enter an exciting and challenging period of growth, we are looking for an energetic Customer Success Manager to help us achieve our ambition to bring cutting-edge technology to construction with our AI -powered software that automates the comparison of reality to the plan
Your role will be pivotal as an integral part of the value creation team (Sales + Customer Success) reporting directly to the CEO and focusing on building customer relationships which enable us to deliver long-term value with a clear understanding of their goals, needs and wants
Nurturing clients at all stages of the customer journey right through from onboarding to project completion and onto the next one!

Our take

Tracking what's going on in a construction site can be incredibly difficult, Scaled Robotics solves this problem using their progress monitoring robot.

The Scaled Robotics' robot navigates complicated and chaotic construction sites and produces 3D maps, allowing for improved monitoring for site managers. This can save time and money, and dramatically reduce the risk of error. Their partners include big-name construction companies such as Kier, PERI and Autodesk, which is testament to the value of their solution.
