Role
Who you are
- 6-8 years experience leading multiple project teams through planning and delivery of complex integrated marketing projects
- Experience in project management within a creative agency or in-house marketing team environment
- Deep understanding of marketing processes and operations
- Proficient in Asana and Google Suite, with the ability to learn additional systems quickly
- Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, with an innovative and collaborative approach to motivating teams
- Ability to constructively evaluate projects in terms of needs, challenges, and schedules, and provide solutions as the need arises
What the job involves
- Own end-to-end planning and delivery for key product launch projects and marketing plans, including work plan development and adherence, status reporting and remediation (as appropriate) regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues
- Communicate to stakeholders, partners, and leadership across all phases of work tailoring structure, and content of messaging to the needs of the audience
- Vendor management and timeline and budget adherence
- Monitor, track, and resolve issues and dependencies to maintain on time delivery of project deliverables
- Provide administrative support with the development of decks, meetings, and presentations as needed
- Represent product marketing GTM in weekly program and quarterly roadmap planning activities
- Be a thought leader in project management best practices and governance

Nutrafol develops and sells natural, drug-free oral supplements, serums, and treatment plans to support hair growth in men and women. The company, which has been around since 2014 and is endorsed by a number of medical professionals, is a leader in the natural hair growth supplement niche.
It’s easy to see why Nutrafol’s products would prove popular. Hair loss and thinning affects around 80% of men, and around half of women at some part of their lives. For many, the greatest impact is on self confidence, and inevitably mental wellbeing. The fact then, that so many mainstream hair loss treatments have side effects that also impair mental health, is far from ideal.
Existing investor Unilever acquired a majority stake in the company in 2022, which will vastly extend its reach across the globe. With the health & wellness supplements industry only becoming more accepted in the mainstream, and with Unilever’s backing, a period of significant growth could be in store for Nutrafol.
