As a Senior Product Designer, you will be able to define the ideal user experience for homeowners managing their mortgages. In addition, you will shape our servicing team’s tools and platform to help us provide exceptional services
• The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for user-centered design, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and has a proven track record of designing and delivering exceptional complex digital products. In addition, you bring substantial prior experience and knowledge, you are excited to help us shape the next iteration of our product solutions
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members, including product, engineering, data, and operations to create intuitive, elegant, and user-focused designs
• Demonstrated history of crafting and delivering exceptional platform-level products that foster collaborations, employing robust systems thinking and a focus on scalability
• Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle. You’re confident at uncovering user needs using data and whichever research methods are necessary
• Partner with product and engineering to add strategic design thinking into roadmap planning
• Create user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate design solutions and align with business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure designs solve for user needs, add business value, are feasible, and comply with laws and regulations
