Director of Customer Success Business Intelligence, Unity

• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data strategy — with at least 3+ years in a people management or team leadership role
• Prior experience in AdTech, MarTech, programmatic advertising, or digital media is required
• Proficient in SQL and experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Mode
• Experience working with large data sets and modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Redshift)
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills — ability to influence non-technical stakeholders with data
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-impact, insight-driven projects

• We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Director, Customer Success BI to lead our internal BI function for our Grow business
• This role will play a critical role in transforming complex data into clear business insights, and be responsible for leading a team delivering actionable intelligence across revenue optimization, and business analytics
• Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Operations, this role is based in San Francisco, California
• The main partners of this role include the Chief Revenue Officer of Grow, and their direct reports. Additional stakeholders include SVPs/VPs of the product team within Grow, and other cross-functional leaders across the organization
• Lead the Customer Success BI function end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and stakeholder management across product, sales, and marketing
• Partner with executive leadership to define KPIs, dashboards, and data models that guide business decisions and measure success
• Drive analytical insights, and build and maintain scalable BI infrastructure in partnership with data engineering (Looker, Tableau, SQL, dbt, Snowflake, etc.)
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to support business planning, and develop processes for data governance, quality assurance, and self-serve analytics
• Manage and grow a high-performing team of analysts and BI developers
• Stay ahead of AdTech and analytics trends, bringing innovation into our analytics capabilities
