Business Development Specialist, Booost Education

• You have 1–2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or business development
• You can demonstrate strong research skills and the ability to gather relevant information about target accounts and prospects
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your tone to audiences and engage decision-makers
• You have previous experience with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g. Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
• You have outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate across all levels of an organisation
• You are organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote-first, fast-paced team

Desirable

• Design, build, and manage outbound and nurture campaigns across email, LinkedIn, phone, and events
• Maintain and enrich contact data in Pipedrive (or HubSpot)
• Research, identify, and target high-value prospects using tools like Clay, Apollo, and Outbound.io
• Book qualified discovery meetings with Directors of Student Support, Disability Services, and other university stakeholders
• Collaborate on persona-driven messaging and outreach strategies
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and iterate to improve response rates and booked meetings
• Represent Booost at industry events, online demos, and university briefings
